Dennis Hay
Dennis Hay has been active in the electrical engineering profession for twenty nine years in California and Arizona. Nineteen years ago, Dennis came to work at BELDEN Consulting Engineers as an electrical systems and lighting designer and has been president for the last eleven years. He has developed specialized experience in a wide variety of projects including private and public schools and universities, commercial facilities, offices, supermarkets, and retail projects, multi-family and high rise residential housing, municipal projects including fire and police facilities, sports and recreation facilities, medical facilities including laboratories and hospitals, hospitality facilities including hotels, resorts and restaurants.

As president and one of four project managers, Dennis is responsible for overall office wide project coordination, determining budgets and schedules, establishing direction and design review to ensure total quality management and the satisfaction of the client's needs.

Kevin Moore
Kevin Moore's electrical design experience began with an internship at Pacific Gas and Electric in 1974. He has been active in the electrical engineering profession for twenty five years. Kevin has developed specialized experience with grocery establishments, tenant improvements, parking structures, office buildings, banks, residential, hi-tech offices, retail, restaurants, and shopping centers.

As Vice President and one of four project managers, Kevin is responsible for overall project coordination, determining budget and schedule, establishing direction and design review to ensure the satisfaction of the client's needs. He also manages the construction administration as required to assist in the completion of a successful project.

Ben Apolinario, P.E., LEED© AP
Ben has over twenty years experience in mechanical engineering for various project types, including commercial office buildings, high rise hotels and residential buildings, schools, transportation and maintenance facilities, government research laboratories, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, dialysis facilities, clean rooms, petrochemical and industrial facilities. He is experienced with heating, ventilating and air conditioning, plumbing, process piping and fire protection in both design and Construction Administration phases.

Gerald Gonzales, electrical engineer, has worked on institutional, and commercial projects since 1996. He has been involved in design of power, lighting, data communication and fire alarm systems, production of drawings and specifications from design development through construction documents.
